You have way too strong of an opinion on something that will never affect anything you do. Put some of that energy into something that actually matters..
They didn’t break any laws, so the answer is no, they won’t.
This was up for discussion on CNN and even the medical doctors were appalled by the decision and feel the doctors involved need to have their licenses revoked.
And then the grandmother, where all this brood lives, stated that her daughter is in love with kids, and that instead of having 14 of them, she should have become a kindergarten teacher.
And they also stated the mother of all the kids is upset the public feels she is only doing this as a publicity stunt.
There will be a catch 22 to this incidence. People might see them try to do this in poor rural and urban areas. It will not matter what race, color or nationality, if they are poor then this law would be used if passed by the U.S. House and Senate.
On the other hand, if they are rich and stay in affluent areas they will not push this envelope through.
Has anyone ever notice that when they want to curtail pregnancy or the cervical cancer. They always want to bring it to the poor areas, but never take it to the suburbs, much less give it to their wife or daughter.
They will go under ground and allow this to go on in certain cases.
Social Scientist have stated years ago that the White race would dwindle. The Black race would becoming lighter. Now, Hispanics have surpassed both previous races.
This will be real interesting to see how this turns out in the public.
Because of laws and codicils written and not written it will come eventually to a settlement I believe…I have NO proof of this…but examine a moment the exposure the entire case is getting from the advocates on all sides, meaning right to lifers, the medical community at large who made the mistake…..Professional ethics and the amount of publicity and donations that will be given philanthropically to the family, the hospital for its fees and the outstanding not necessarily good….silent entrepreneurs who will stand to make a great tax deduction this way…in proving one of many points or pushing for more of this and then….there is always Hollywood…let’s see who grabs up the rights to the story…and then wager as to how much or Little the family gets……see …and this si ONLY the tip of the iceberg….yes people this is humanity…commerce if you will…the buying and selling of……get my points? You may disagree..but at the very least consider it! The kids will be set for life thru college wager….and no I am NO sending them a dime…I was the eldest of 9….and it was NOT easy……your question is a very good one…..you may have found my column to have been a bit irreverent….but i mean it sincerely for this…..is the way of the world…..commerce.

P.S. There are several factions involved here so it would NOT just be the AMA drawn into this. What do the parents who MUST have representation in all of this feel is the direction to be headed it…it takes in this day and age appx $700,000.00 to raise ONE child. There is a LOT to look at! I expect Attorneys will be all ove this one..oh and do NOT forget thte bookrights and case studies on this…there will be viable monies everywhere….all will pony up and all will profit…interesting isn’t it?
